Did Red Dwarf XII use one of my uploads ??This is something I probably should have mentioned ages ago, but at the time, I couldn't give two Smeg's about it.
In the series XII episode 'Mechocracy', Rimmer has these campaign posters behind him, and they feature the Red Dwarf ship herself. You can see the ship just below Rimmer's neck in the poster. It's more clear in the next image below it.
The image in question looks very much like my edited picture of the modern looking Red Dwarf as she appears in the newer episodes from TV channel 'Dave', which I had edited off a photograph I once discovered off a website [featured below] because at the time I could not find a single decent image of the modern looking Red Dwarf ship online. The image I edited was uploaded on the 20th August 2013 [featured below].
I'm convinced they've used the image I made for the campaign posters in this years series of Red Dwarf. There's just no way that's a competely different Red Dwarf ship image. To be honest, even if I've not been credited, I'm honoure

Red Dwarf XII - DVD cover revealed Hi everyone
With Red Dwarf XII ending next week on Thursday night with 'Skipper', the official Red Dwarf website has revealed the cover for the upcoming DVD release.
The DVD and Blu-Ray release is due out on Monday 20th November 2017, and here is the DVD version in all it's glory. There is also a reverse, alternative cover to pick, so you can add it with the classic Red Dwarf DVD's along with series X and XI if you've previously changed to the alternative covers on those DVD's respectively
Annoyingly, I can't seem to get the actual image of the two covers from the official website to appear on this Journal, so here's the main cover from another website. If you want to see the alternative cover, then do click this link which will take you to the page featuring both covers

Red Dwarf XII - Oh no, Talkie Toaster is BACK !!!!I can not believe they brought back that irritating little Smegger !!
If your new to 'Red Dwarf' and not familiar with the character, then I'll give you a brief history lesson.
Talkie Toaster was just that, a talking Toaster !. He was first introduced in episode 2 of series I called 'Future Echoes' and was voiced at the time by John Lenahan. Here's a clip of the little bleeder's first appearance.
The little Smegger later made brief appearances in the episodes 'Waiting for God' and 'Kryten'. By the time of the 4th episode of series IV entitled 'White Hole', Talkie Toaster had been redesigned and repaired by Kryten, now voiced by original Kryten actor David Ross, and had a lot more screen time then before. Unfortunately, the appearance of the Toaster in last nights brand new episode of 'Red Dwarf', entitled 'Mechnocracy', I feel has led to a continuity error, because back in 'White Hole' everything that happened during that episode had un-
TARDIS TIMES #9 : THE FUTURE OF RED DWARFTARDIS :iconDoctorWhoOne: TIMES - BLOG STYLE JOURNALS THROUGHOUT TIME AND SPACE !
Last year, the boys from the Dwarf from the small rouge one with no breaks and 3 million years on the clock finally made a proper 6 episode return with RED DWARF X !!!!!!!!!!. Red Dwarf fan's all around the world where jumping with joy !!
The most recent series taught us some new facts about the Dwarfers. Lister once dating a woman called Haley Summers, who it seems was cheating on him being with a guy called Roy. Cat being able to sense that Rimmers father was a Demon inside Rimmers head, telling him how useless he was at everything, Kryten's ability to dry dishes with his arse hole !! [or heat outlet, I think he'd rather have me say ] and certainly some
Smeg-tastic images of the Red Dwarf from RD X !!!!Just discovered a website owned by the man who, as far as I know, built the fantastic brand new Red Dwarf model for the recent series X.
When you click the following link, there will be 3 images right in front if you on the website. click the 2 of Red Dwarf and you'll see some truly great images, there's loads more if you look for the ones taken in a workshop that are worth looking at, and you can view them all in close up.
I'm going to be using one of the images to make a great new upload. One of the images I had used already but didn't know at the time it came from the website which I edited in Paint http://doctorwhoone.deviantart.com/art/Red-Dwarf-The-Red-Dwarf-J-M-C-Mining-Ship-394666934
Red Dwarf - Greatest Hit's Music CDDon't get all excited my fellow Dwarfers [I apologize now if I did cause you all to get excited for no reason at all]
As I'm sure many of you are no doubt aware, this year saw the release of a 3 disc CD set called 'Eddie Stobart - Trucking Songs' which features tracks such as Queens 'Don't stop me now' to Roy Orbison's 'I drove all night', 58 songs in total.
So from time to time since I first discovered this CD set, I wondered to myself what kind of music would be put together for a Red Dwarf version, in other words, what kind of music would a Red Dwarf fan like myself [and Lister himself no doubt ] would happily listen too while piloting a craft like Starbug 1 [a craft which has crashed more times then a Sinclair ZX81 Computer first introduced in March 1981 ].
So here's a list of tracks, some on my Mobile Phone and most others I've listened too on YouTube, that I think could be included on such a set for the average Dwarfer to enjoy
Stan Bush - Dare
Aerosmith - I Don't Wan
Red Dwarf XI - My hopes for the next seriesRed Dwarf might one day hopefully return with an 11th series, and why not ? the cast have shown considerable interest in returning many times before, and they have gone on record as saying that they would all love to make loads more Red Dwarf, and they feel a hell of a lot more happier filming together compared to anything else they've ever worked on, so it's great that they are feeling very positive about wanting to make more stories set onboard the small rouge one with no breaks and 3 Million years on the clock
So in the hope that Doug Naylor will be making an 11th series [for all we know, his probably writing the 1st episode right now ], here's what I hope we will see.
A RETURN TO THE ORIGINAL BUNK ROOM
I love the original Bunk room from the first 2 series back in 1988. It only made a brief few minutes in series VIII's opening episode 'Back in the Red - Part 1', and it's never been seen since.
I know the Dwarfers just love having different Bunk Rooms every time they fee
